Amanda and I had the opportunity to attend our first Casting Crowns concert with 4 friends back on October 9th! It was my first concert in the Sommet Center and it was rocking!! We had GREAT seats 5 or 6 rows from the stage and it was an awesome night. Casting Crowns is one of my favorite groups because I think they sing about real things!! All of the members of the group are Youth Workers at their churches, so I guess we share a weird kind of bond!! I will never forget what Mark Hall (the lead singer said after he gave a shout out to all the Youth Workers in the audience), he said....if the song is about a girl, it really is about a girl, and we know this girl. That meant a lot to me and it just proved to me that their songs were real!! I really feel like I can relate to many of their songs! They have a new album coming out titled "Until the Whole World Hears." They played the title track for us that night and it was awesome too!! Click on the picture above and hear it!!
You know that is our job as Christians to sing, talk, preach, live, yell, walk, run, love, tell, and on and on UNTIL THE WHOLE WORLD HEARS!!! Jesus left this world with a charge and goal for us to accomplish, to "Go into the WORLD and preach the gospel" (Matt. 28:19). So the question that I ask myself and want to ask you....are you do what you can UNTIL THE WHOLE WORLD HEARS!!!
