You know how every kid loves McDonalds? I mean it seems to me that for some reason all kids would rather have a meal from the "Golden Arches" than any 5 star restaurant on the planet. WHY????? I guess it has to do with their marketing schemes, because one thing is for sure before most kids can say DaDa they are saying McDonalds.
Well I have an idea....I am going to start a new way of thinking for Lily (at least I am going to try), she is going to be a Chickfila Fan!! I mean this is a great place, very kid friendly, I think it is economical (considering no item on their menu exceeds the 500 calorie mark...try to claim that Mickey D's), and for at least the ones I have been to they are very customer friendly. I mean how many fast food joints has a couple of "little old" ladies walking around cleaning off tables and asking customers if they need a refill as they continue to finish their meals!! Now that is what I call service. Chickfila is a winner! I also love the companies view and stand on the "Closed on Sunday" thing. Even when they know they could make a ton on money on that day, they still have stayed true the founders wish to remain closed on the Lord's day!! Try that on for size or super-size McDonalds!!
Well, hopefully as our family grows we can stay away from the golden arches and focus more on the "new" McDonalds....Chickfila!!!!
